・Delivery time: 10:00-18:00
・Delivery holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Orders must be placed at least two business days in advance.
・This is merely a request, so we will contact you after checking whether we can accept your request.
・All products come with tea (basically a 500ml plastic bottle of Shizuoka tea).
Cancellation policy: Cancellation the day before (by 12:00) will be charged 50% of the order amount
Any cancellations after this date will be charged 100% of the order amount.
We will receive the following.
However, this does not include Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and store closing days.
